Leadership
Leadership for kids is like being a superhero in real life! When they’re leaders, they make friends easily and can help guide others. It’s like growing strong and smart while making the world a better place!
Self-esteem
We challenge them and guide them through. As they overcome these challenges, their self-esteem grows, building a rock-solid foundation for the rest of their lives
Team Work
We encourage our parents to get out on the mats during each class and support your child. This gives you and your child quality one-on-one time and let’s them know how much you love seeing their effort.
What do 10+ year old kids do in our classes?
Move & warm up their bodies
We start all classes with having the kids warm up their bodies and stretch. We make it super fun so they enjoy working on their strength and flexibility.
work on new CORE skills
We don't just teach kicking and punching. Each class focuses on introducing, practicing, and mastering a new skill that will help them on their path to black belt.
paRTNER & TEAM work
Students get tasks and exercises to do with friends and groups. This lets them practice leadership (even if they're shy!) and motivate each other to do their best.
